I intentionally accept a limited number of weddings each year so every couple receives the time, care, and attention they deserve. Rather than juggling a full calendar, I choose to work with a small number of couples whose stories truly resonate with me. It allows me to be fully present—not only on your wedding day, but throughout the planning journey as well.
When should we book wedding coordination?
The sooner, the better. While Wedding Day Coordination is often booked several months before the wedding, many couples choose to reserve their date shortly after securing their venue. Booking early allows us to get to know one another, build a thoughtful plan, and ensure your wedding day unfolds with confidence and care.
What's the difference between wedding planning and wedding coordination?
Wedding planning typically involves guiding every aspect of your wedding from the beginning—helping you choose vendors, manage your budget, develop your vision, and make decisions throughout the planning process. Wedding coordination focuses on bringing all of those carefully planned details together, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you, your family, and your guests can simply enjoy the day. Depending on your needs, I also offer additional planning support through select coordination collections and The Wedding Compass℠.
Do I need a wedding coordinator if my venue has one?
Venue coordinators are wonderful, but their primary responsibility is the venue itself. My role is to advocate for you. From communicating with your vendors and managing your timeline to helping your wedding party, handling unexpected challenges, and keeping every detail moving seamlessly, my focus remains on your experience from beginning to end. Together, your venue coordinator and I become a team dedicated to making your day effortless.
