can we book if we've already hired vendors?
Absolutely. Some couples book before they've chosen a venue, while others come with most of their vendors already secured. Every session is personalized around your current needs.
do you work with couples outside of ohio & north carolina?
Yes! Because sessions are held virtually, I work with couples throughout the United States.
will we receive anything after our session with rachel?
Yes. Every session includes Your Wedding Compass—a personalized planning guide created from our conversation, along with any notes, recommendations, and resources discussed during your session.
Can we schedule another session later?
Of course. Many couples begin with Polaris and return later for a more in-depth Ursa Major session as their wedding day approaches. And the Polaris session fee will transfer over as a credit towards any services you would like to book in the future.

how do we book a wedding compass session?
Booking is simple! Choose the Wedding Compass experience that feels like the best fit for where you are in your planning journey, then select a date and time that works for you.
To reserve your session, a 25% reservation retainer and a signed agreement are required. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive your personalized Wedding Compass Questionnaire. This helps me learn more about you, your wedding, and the questions you'd like to explore so we can spend our time together focused on what matters most—not starting from scratch.
After our session, I'll thoughtfully create Your Wedding Compass—a personalized guide built from our conversation, complete with recommendations, notes, resources, and next steps designed specifically for you.
